Kim Czenszak is the Director of Membership Strategy & Communications. Since joining CIS in 2010, Kim has taken on several roles to develop new services for Members, conduct membership research, and support communications initiatives. In her current role she is responsible for CIS communications, outreach programmes, branding and membership strategies.

Kim has 20 years’ experience developing marketing strategies, services and programs for global organizations. Her experience spans the education and high technology fields. She has developed innovative marketing programs focused on both creating new relationships and growing existing member relationships through branding, lead generation, new service development, communications and retention programs.

Kim has a BA in Psychology and MS in Marketing from the University of Colorado in the USA.
