David is an experienced head teacher with a track record in a wide variety of contexts in the UK and overseas. He previously held the positions of Director of OCR (Oxford Cambridge and RCA), and Syndic of Cambridge Assessment; Director of Link Community Development, an African-Faced Education NGO; consultant with Cambridge International Examinations; trainer and School Improvement Partner; and is also an academic researcher and writer. He has successfully led three schools – a grammar school, a comprehensive school, and a K-12 international school in China - Dulwich College Beijing (International School of the Year 2011). David has sat on national steering groups (for SSAT, and Youth Sports Trust), been a Professional Association representative at the ASCL (Association of School and College Leaders) and gained, through these experiences, an understanding of education in its widest sense. He enjoys helping others in shaping schools to face the future whilst providing children with the highest quality education and most vibrant learning experiences.
