Finding a new position after 11 years in my former school was not an easy task. I knew what my skills were but had not had to formally “sell” them for a long time. Setting up a CIS portfolio helped me to analyse and express in a clear manner what my philosophy was and what I could bring to a new school. The staff was always supportive and available, both via email or on the phone, and were personable in their interaction with me. Thank you to the CIS team!

We were looking for a new Head of School, that can bring the students at IST to the next level of Academic Excellence.
