Her experience in strategic planning ensures boards and schools are equipped for success and stability in today's dynamic environment. Kristi is a US State Department Office of Overseas Schools Good Governance Trainer and continues to work with AISA, ECIS, AMISA and other regional associations, offering member schools Good Governance resources, training and support.

In addition to her board-focused work, Kristi is passionate about nurturing leaders and teams.
