Join a CIS University Exploration Day and meet students at CIS member schools across the Middle East.

Talk directly with students who are exploring international study options including students from International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge International Education & BSME.

We manage university-to-student ratios so you can have focused, high-quality conversations and raise your university’s profile with students who are planning their next steps. Schools schedule the event within the academic timetable to support strong participation.

Connect in real time through text chat, video chats, and live presentations. After the event, you’ll receive a lead report for students who asked to hear more from you. We limit university places to protect time with students, and we handle student data in line with GDPR—so you can expand your outreach with confidence.
 

You can expect

Student availability: Schools are committed to prioritising this event for student participation.

Virtual university booth: Your virtual booth showcases your institution to prospective students. It’s available in the weeks before and after the live event so that students and families have plenty of time to research your institution and revisit information after the event.

Live student chats: Directly engage in live 1:1 text and video chats, group video chats, and presentations with students. Engage in multiple 1:1 text chats simultaneously for the duration of the event.

Lead report: Students expressing interest in learning more about your university are included in an immediate post-event report.

Data protection: The virtual fair platform and the transmission of student data are GDPR compliant.
