CIS member schools and the HALI Access Network in Africa have joined together for a very special CIS University Exploration Day to introduce their students to CIS member universities worldwide—students who are seeking fully-funded opportunities.

If your university offers full financial support or scholarships to students, we urge you to join us for this unique opportunity to meet high achieving students who will enrich your student body with their academic competencies and skills, global citizenship attributes, and rich cultural diversity.

The number of participating universities is limited to a maximum of 80 to help you focus your time on quality interactions with an anticipated 1,200 students.

CIS University Exploration Days are specially designed in partnership with our school members. They take place as part of their students’ academic schedules and feature live sessions led by university faculty so that students can engage in content that explores courses of study and careers of the future, in addition to sessions led by admission representatives to guide them on their university searches and applications. We look forward to working with you to design and select sessions that will have meaning for these students.

For this event, we’re brought together the HALI Access Network in Africa—a CIS supporting member with a strong reputation for supporting students as they explore higher education opportunities—with CIS member schools that work with significant numbers of high-achieving, low-income students.

Student availability: Each participating school has committed to prioritise this event as part of their academic schedule to facilitate student participation.

Virtual university booth: Your virtual booth will showcase your institution to prospective students. Your booth will be available in the weeks before and after the live event so that students and families have plenty of time to research your institution.

Live student chats: Within your virtual booth, you will be able to directly engage in live 1:1 text and video chats/presentations with students. You can enter into multiple 1:1 chats simultaneously for the duration of the event.

Lead report: Students who express interest in learning more about your university will be included in a lead report available to you immediately after the event.

Data protection: The virtual fair platform and transmission of student data is GDPR compliant.

True to our mission: This CIS University Exploration Day stays true to our mission to support students in their transition to higher education as they continue to develop as global citizens. Our student recruitment events bring rich learning opportunities to participating students, featuring university faculty, admission, and student support professionals.

You will connect with high-performing students who are:

  • committed to global citizenship
  • interested in international higher education opportunities
  • demonstrate the attributes, behaviours and skills you are seeking and
  • eager to hear what your institution can offer them
