The CIS Global Forum on International Admission & Guidance is an annual global gathering of university admission and recruitment officers and school guidance counsellors which offers unique opportunities to meet and exchange ideas about the admission processes, learn about current trends in international student recruitment and post-secondary admission and network with admission and guidance colleagues.

Events update: Going virtual! We are focusing on what we can plan and do with a high degree of certainty in 2021, considering our collective health and safety and ongoing uncertainties for global travel and gatherings. We won’t be hosting any in-person events through to August. More information will be added on this page about the 2021 Forum.

Meanwhile, learn about our virtual 2020 Forum from our Director of Higher Education Services in his post What hasn’t changed in 2020? Students still want to go to university, join us for other virtual workshops and events and member-only webinars in the CIS Community portal to engage in essential conversations, learning opportunities, and networking with our community.

Please check the events page for updates; members will also receive the latest event information in their Member Updates.

It was a very valuable event. Taking in consideration its "global" nature, I had the opportunity to meet and interact with admission directors/officers from all over the world, find out more information regarding their programs and better understand their admission process. Attending this event has helped me better guide my students and get in contact with the right people.
