Kristin Lowe is a Positive Organizational Development Consultant and ICF-accredited Coach Trainer who believes that school culture is shaped through everyday conversations and ways-of-being: how people listen and connect, the way teams work together, how challenges are discussed, and the ways growth and progress are celebrated.
Kristin partners with international schools to build a positive culture by strengthening the daily communication and development practices that shape how people lead, collaborate, and learn.
