Before co-founding Linden Global Learning Support, Chi was an educator and coach with extensive experience living and working in Europe, the US, and Africa. Her experiences range from coordinating workshops in war-torn countries in the African Great Lakes region to running programs for young people previously caught up in the juvenile justice system in the US.

Linden Global Learning was established in Berlin in 2014 by three international educators who set out to expand the range of support services that international schools offer their struggling learners and families.
Our global team of multidisciplinary experts help international schools by connecting students and teachers with exactly the educational and mental health support they need—no matter where they are in the world. Our specialists include school psychologists, mental health counselors, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, learning and behavior specialists, and academic coaches.
In addition to direct support for students, Linden partners with schools to implement best practices in SEN and inclusive programs. We provide guidance on staffing and curriculum design to meet diverse learner needs. Our tailored professional development equips educators with up-to-date knowledge and practical strategies on inclusion and student mental health, fostering confident, skilled teams. By empowering schools with sustainable, evidence-based solutions, we help create environments where every learner feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.
