SKILLS
April J Remfrey, MS, leads a team of highly qualified consultants dedicated to supporting international schools in creating inclusive learning environments. Together, they partner with schools to strengthen inclusive practices through professional development, school audits, structural guidance, systemic behavior support, ongoing mentoring sessions, and sustained school support.
EXPERIENCE
April has a BA in special education and elementary education from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, USA and received a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA in Exceptional Education. She has been a teacher since 1998 in three countries and has experience in the public, private, and international school environments.
April serves on the International and European boards of directors for SENIA International, is recognized as an influencer for SPAN: Safe Passages Across Networks, and mentors families with neurodivergent children in Switzerland.
