Aaron Moniz is a Co-Founder and Co-Director of Inspire Citizens. He has supported hundreds of international schools in developing whole-school approaches to global citizenship, service learning, community engagement, student leadership, and education for sustainable development. Aaron works closely with school communities on strategic visioning, goal setting, professional learning, and student leadership design, always personalizing his approach to each school’s unique context.

Using the Inspire Citizens Empathy to Impact approach, Aaron supports schools to enhance curriculum across grade levels and subject areas, design K–12 scope and sequences, build student leadership programs, and develop experiential learning opportunities. His work scaffolds service learning and active global citizenship so they are meaningfully integrated into school systems.
