Berlin International School offers the PYP, IGCSE and IB Diploma Programmes as well as an accredited US High School Diploma. There are approximately 820 students in the Primary and Secondary school. Our students come from over 60 different countries and our faculty of 90 staff from over 20 countries. B.I.S. is located in two historic buildings set in a beautiful leafy green suburb of Germany's capital city.
Berlin International School is an IB World School and an officially recognized private school in the State of Berlin. We are a private, non-profit, non-denominational day school offering student-centered learning to international and local students from Grade 1 through university entrance preparation. We are a part of Stiftung Private-Kant Schulen gGmbH and play an active role in the life of this educational institution.

We are seeking a qualified applicant to teach Mathematics to Grades 8-12. The successful applicant will have the ability and the experience to successfully deliver the IGCSE and the IB Mathematics program.
The successful candidates will be joining a high performing and dedicated international faculty focussed on enabling all students to achieve their potential.
Applicants are asked to send a personal statement of educational philosophy, a photograph and CV that should demonstrate evidence of the following requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree, Masters degree or PhD/EdD
- Trained Teacher Certification
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably international
- Experience with the IB Diploma and IGCSE is preferred
- A working knowledge of German is not a requirement but is advantageous
